Today we will try to clarify, as completely and impartially as possible, the advantages of training called \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoopersbeta.com\/library\/how-to-train-finger-strength-with-no-hangs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">no hangs<\/a><\/strong>\u201d, which is increasingly in vogue in modern climbing. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First of all, by the term \u201cno hangs\u201d (from the English \u201cto hang\u201d = to hang), we mean that training for fingers and forearms which is achieved by lifting a weight from the ground which is hooked onto a piece of equipment. The movement is therefore a classic take-off from the ground, with the back straight, the arm stretched across the body and resting on the pelvis, and the ballast to be lifted at the base of our feet. Depending on the type of implement we are using we will train a different type of prehension (for example, with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/prodotti\/attrezzatura-allenamento\/murok-allenamento-arrampicata-pinza-legno\/\">Murok <\/a><\/strong>the grapple, with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/prodotti\/attrezzatura-allenamento\/patrik-allenamento-arrampicata-legno-monodito\/\">Patrik <\/a><\/strong>and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/prodotti\/attrezzatura-allenamento\/fat-patrik-allenamento-arrampicata-legno-bidito\/\">Fat Patrick<\/a><\/strong> the open hand position with mono and bi-fingered respectively, while with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/prodotti\/attrezzatura-allenamento\/bender-allenamento-arrampicata-riscaldamento-riabilitazione\/\">Bender <\/a><\/strong>usually the semi-arched).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having clarified this, let us now list the main <strong>advantages <\/strong>of this training method:<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5.jpg\" alt=\"Bender - Wooden climbing training tool - WHISE\" class=\"wp-image-2560\" style=\"width:353px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-1536x1536.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-400x400.jpg 400w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Bender-2-5-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wh-ise.it\/prodotti\/attrezzatura-allenamento\/bender-allenamento-arrampicata-riscaldamento-riabilitazione\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bender<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Practical and economical<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we don&#8217;t have the possibility to drill into the wall of our house for all sorts of reasons, or simply don&#8217;t want to spend exorbitant amounts of money on a fixed beam, then \u201cno hangs\u201d training could be for us. With their low cost and the advantage of being able to carry them with us at all times, wooden tools are definitely a good choice for training in all situations! <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Versatile<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the \u201cno hangs\u201d method, we can carry out a variety of different training protocols, ranging from a simple warm-up, to rehabilitation of an injured finger, to the actual training of different conditional capacities, such as CAL (Local Aerobic Capacity), resistant strength, maximal strength and contact strength. In addition, with the support of a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4RrnaIHPK9I&amp;pp=ygUXZHAgY2xpbWJpbmcgZGluYW1vbWV0cm8%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dynamometer<\/a><\/strong>, we can carry out tests on our conditional capacities and methodically plan the goals of our training sessions. This results in improved <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Motor_unit_recruitment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neuromuscular recruitment<\/a><\/strong> and a greater ability of our brain to focus on a single limb at a time, allowing us to express our full potential!
