Return Policy

Products purchased through www.wh-ise.it can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. In contrast, products purchased  before at WHISE booths at the events we attend, they can only be exchanged if they have malfunctions or defects that limit the use of the product itself, by showing the payment receipt (receipt).

During this time, you can try the product and examine it just as you would in a physical store.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it and without any wear and tear or damage.

To proceed with the return, send an email to info@wh-ise.it using the same email with which you placed the order, indicate in the subject line of the email your id-order (order number), in the body of the email write the reasons for which you want to make the return. Finally, in case of irregularities or damage found in your product attach photographic evidence and describe the irregularity found.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will make an inspection of the returned products and begin processing your refund.

The money will be refunded in the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed within 7 days from the date the return is received.

Non-returnable products

The following types of products cannot be returned:

  • When buying on behalf of a company (business-to-business contract);
  • Products that have been tailored to the buyer’s specifications, for example: grips or workout tools with custom sizes or materials;
  • All standardized sockets (straight notches, puma’s head notches, rails clamps, pouch clamps, dinosaurs’ egg svase, rabbit hole pockets, moon style feet) and sockets contained in the ‘sor-socket box’.

Such products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in line with what is written in Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code.
